I am a seasoned AI researcher with a focus on Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Currently, I am an NLP Lead at Talkdesk, where I focus on addressing complex challenges in Human-AI interaction. My work involves developing solutions for tasks such as real-time intent detection, intent discovery, automatic call flow extraction, Agentic AI systems, and more.

Previously, I had the privilege of working at TCS Research and Innovation, one of India's premier research labs, where I collaborated with brilliant people in the AI industry and professors from IITs. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to cutting-edge research and industry-driven AI applications.

Beyond research, I have strong software engineering experience and have architected, developed, and deployed production-grade machine learning solutions from scratch. With a blend of research, engineering, and innovation, I am passionate about driving advancements in AI that make a real-world impact.
